Margarita D’Austria B&B

Located in Campli, in the historic center of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, the Margarita D'Austria allows you to visit on foot the most important historical monuments of the ancient medieval town: La Scala Santa, Palazzo Farnese, National Archaeological Museum , Church of Santa Maria in Platea, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, Church of San Francesco. The B&B is located close to all the main services and catering and commercial activities of the city and is a 13-minute drive from the city of Teramo.

The 1500 stone structure has 4 large bedrooms, two gardens, two halls, and large hallways.

Some rooms have a terrace, balcony or private garden

The services offered are the essential ones provided for by the DGR 307 of 3/06/2019 of the Abruzzo Region which manages all the private bed and breakfasts managed by Cf (non-entrepreneurial) and protocols the Anti Covid constraints: overnight stay and breakfast by means of a voucher in external operation agreement, therefore the consumption of meals inside is not allowed, even in takeaway mode, since the authorization for food handling and relative traceability is not available by law

The Margarita of Austria is spread over two levels:

• On the ground floor you have 1 double bedroom with private bathroom and private garden
• Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms with very large shared bathroom (spaced); mainly suitable for large families or groups of acquaintances.

All rooms are equipped with hairdryer, towels, soap and bubble bath

Our intent is to make our guests live an experience more like residents than passing tourists by welcoming them as old friends.
